The Role

To offer table service that will enhance our guests’ experience and make us stand out from the rest. The main elements of your job are:

Guest service – to greet and (if appropriate) to seat guests. Inform our guests of products we serve , information and current offers. Take orders and serve food accurately and promptly.
Operational standards – to maintain waiter stations (cutlery/condiments). To maintain the front of house area to a high standard of cleanliness and ensure all tables are laid correctly at all times. To provide a high standard of table service. To liaise with the kitchen to ensure a smooth running of the shift.
Product Knowledge – to have an excellent knowledge of our menus and an understanding of our allergens and dietary requirement policies. To be able to confidently recommend and advise customers on all the dishes we serve.
Hospitality – engage with our guests in a unique and insightful way – build a rapport. Smiles are part of the uniform!
Self-presentation – be correctly dressed and look the part, you are the face of the company.
Always inform a manager of any problems or potential issues.
