How do I get in touch with the gift card team?
You are able to contact the team on giftcards@alberts-restaurants.com
Can I buy the gift cards in the restaurants as well as online?
Yes, you are able to go into any of the restaurants and purchase a gift card as all of our gift cards are physical cards and not digital.
Can I extend my gift card?
Please contact the gift card team and they will be able to advise. All of our gift cards have 1 year on them from the purchase date.
Can I use an afternoon tea gift card for a regular reservation?
Yes, our gift cards are loaded with a specific amount which can be redeemed on any food and beverage items, this can include afternoon teas.
What if I lose my gift card?
Unfortunately, we are unable to replace any lost or stolen gift cards.
