Booking Terms

PLEASE NOTE: Christmas bookings for large parties and certain special events have their own separate terms that you will receive via email. For special events that require a deposit, this will be non-refundable in the case of a cancellation or no-show.

We take credit or debit card details to secure all bookings. Bookings without valid card details may be cancelled. Your card will only be charged if you fail to show up for your booking or cancel with less than 24 hours notice. Click here for more information on no-show and late cancellation fees.

We now take bookings on our covered and heated outdoor tables available for dining reservations. Although these tables are under a glass canopy, they are not fully enclosed and are therefore open to the elements to a certain extent.

Your table may be released if you are running more than 10 minutes late.

We can provide a cake for your celebration with a minimum of 7 days notice usually required. Click here for more information. Guests may bring their own cake and candles for their celebration if they prefer and we will provide plates and a knife for you to cut and serve the cake.

Online reservations for standard tables are for dining only. All dining reservations are asked to order a main course per person. If you would like to book a table in the bar, please email

If your booking is for before 12pm you will be dining from our breakfast menu.  The main menu is ONLY available on Saturdays, Sunday and Bank Holidays for tables booked or seated after 12:30pm. (Excluding Albert’s Shed in Castlefield)

We are a card only venue. We cannot take cash payments.

We will require all bookings to secure your reservation with a credit or debit card.  This card will only be charged in the event you fail to turn up for your table, cancel your table at short notice or turn up with fewer guests than you booked for.  Further information on these charges can be found below.


We require a credit or debit card to secure all reservations. Your card will only be charged in the following circumstances:

Your card will only be charged if the reservation is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or you fail to show up for your reservation.

Your card will only be charged if the reservation is cancelled with less than 7 days notice, the number of guests dining is reduced with less than 48 hours notice or you fail to show up for your reservation.

This fee is charged at £5 per guest for reservations booked before 5pm and £10 per guest from 5pm onwards.

For special events where a deposit is charged in advance, this deposit is non-refundable in the case of a no-show or cancellation.



Albert’s Pals Loyalty Scheme Terms


These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) apply to your use of Albert’s Pals loyalty scheme by Elle R Leisure Ltd.

Elle R Leisure Ltd is registered in England and Wales. The registered office is at 2 Castle Street, Manchester, M3 4LZ.


Albert’s Pals is the loyalty scheme operated solely by Elle R Leisure Ltd.

Only residents of the UK aged 18 or over are eligible to join Albert’s Pals.

Each email address can only be registered for one Albert’s Pals account.

The Albert’s Pals loyalty scheme launches on 1st July 2024 at Albert’s Didsbury. The scheme will be introduced at Albert’s Shed, Albert’s Worsley, and Albert’s Standish at a later date.


Upon signing up, guests will receive a new offer every month via email.

To redeem the offer, guests must present the email containing the offer at the time of their visit. The email address and name on the booking must match the information provided during sign-up.


Details of the birthday offer will be communicated separately.


In the event of any disputes or disagreements regarding the Albert’s Pals loyalty scheme, we encourage members to contact our customer support team at to resolve the issue amicably and efficiently. We are committed to addressing any concerns promptly and fairly. If a resolution cannot be reached through our internal process, both parties may consider alternative dispute resolution methods before seeking legal action.


We respect our members’ preferences regarding communications related to the Albert’s Pals loyalty scheme. Members have the option to manage their communication preferences, including opting in or out of receiving program updates, special offers, and promotional emails. To update your communication preferences, please contact our customer support team at We aim to provide our members with relevant and valuable information while respecting their communication preferences.


To cancel your Albert’s Pals membership, please email with the subject line “Cancellation Request” and your membership details.

Once cancelled, benefits such as cashback cannot be transferred to another account or reactivated at a later date.

Cancellations may take up to 7 days to process.

Changes to Terms

Elle R Leisure Ltd reserves the right to modify or amend the terms and conditions of the Albert’s Pals loyalty scheme at any time. Any updates or changes to the terms will be communicated to members via email or through the Albert’s Restaurants website. Continued participation in the loyalty scheme after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Termination of Programme

Elle R Leisure Ltd may, at its discretion, terminate the Albert’s Pals loyalty scheme at any time. In the event of termination, members will be notified in advance, and any outstanding rewards or benefits may be forfeited.

Data Protection and Privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the security of your personal information. By participating in the Albert’s Pals loyalty scheme, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your information will only be used for the purposes outlined in the Privacy Policy and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

Governing Law

The Albert’s Pals loyalty scheme and these terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with the loyalty scheme shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Limitation of Liability

Elle R Leisure Ltd shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience suffered by members as a result of participating in the Albert’s Pals loyalty scheme, except to the extent that such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law. By participating in the loyalty scheme, members agree to waive any claims against Elle R Leisure Ltd arising from their membership.



Event Ticket Terms

Any tickets for events at Albert’s restaurants will not be posted.

Tickets cannot be refunded once purchased.

Albert’s event tickets are exclusively valid in the nominated restaurants for that specified event date and time.

You must present your confirmation email at the event as proof of purchase (either printed or on your mobile) along with identification.

Albert’s restaurants reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions without prior notice, at any time.

Gift Card Terms

All Gift Cards are exclusively valid in Albert’s restaurants. They can be used as full or partial payments in these sites – there is no cash alternative available or refunds for goods purchased using gift cards. Once purchased they cannot be refunded.

Albert’s Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. After this time they will expire, with no option to refund or extend.

Albert’s gift cards will be posted out via Royal Mail Signed via 1st Class unless express delivery is requested at the checkout stage. The gift card will not be posted on weekends or Bank holiday’s.

If your gift card is lost or stolen the balance is non-refundable.

Albert’s restaurants reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions without prior notice, at any time.

Door Policy & Dress Code


We operate a 21 or over door policy.

LARGE GROUPS: We reserve the right to refuse entry to large groups if any members do not adhere to our dress code or if we deem any behaviour by this group to be inappropriate. Any groups acting inappropriately once in the venue will be asked to leave.


We ask that our guests wear appropriate smart casual attire. Entry will not be permitted for people wearing inappropriate clothing. This includes:

  • Sports wear
  • Baseball caps (allowed before 7pm in our outside area only)
  • Track suits
  • Sports trainers (allowed before 7pm)
  • Men’s vest tops
  • Shorts (allowed before 7pm)
  • Clothing that might be considered too revealing, including see-through items.
