BOOKING TERMS

A temporary menu will be available when we reopen. This will be a limited menu featuring a handful of Albert’s favourites. We plan to introduce a larger menu once we are able to return to indoor dining.

Due to decreased capacity and to allow everyone a chance to dine outside all guests booked from April 12th to May 16th will have 1hr 30mins at the table.

You will be required to wear a face covering when not eating or drinking at your table.

Your table may be released if you are running more than 10 minutes late.

We do not allow guests to bring their own food or drinks to our venuesthis includes cakes. We have a selection of cakes you can order for your celebration with a minimum of 7 days notice required. Please email reservations@ellerleisure.com for more information.

Online reservations are for dining only. All dining reservations are asked to order a main course per person. If you would like to book a table in the bar, please email reservations@ellerleisure.com

If your booking is for before 12pm you will be dining from our breakfast menu.  The main menu is ONLY available for tables booked after 12pm.

Groups from different tables must not interact.  Due to the ‘rule of six’ groups interacting with other tables will be asked to leave.

Due to the risks associated with handling cash we can only take card transactions, contactless or mobile payments at this time.

Due to decreased capacity we will now require all bookings to secure your reservation with a credit or debit card.  This card will only be charged in the event you fail to turn up for your table, cancel your table at short notice or turn up with fewer guests than you booked for.  Further information on these charges can be found at the bottom of this page.
