BOOKING TERMS

By law people must not meet with people they do not live with in bars or restaurants either inside or outside, unless they’re in your support bubble. Therefore our booking policy  is 6 PEOPLE maximum from ONE HOUSEHOLD only.

Our outside tables are covered and heated and are now available for reservations for people who would feel more comfortable dining outdoors.

You will be required to wear a face covering when not eating or drinking at your table.

You must leave the venue by 10pm.

Alcoholic drinks are only available when you order a full meal.

Your table may be released if you are running more than 15 minutes late.

Online reservations are for dining only. If you would like to book a table in the bar, please email reservations@ellerleisure.com – you must order a meal to order an alcoholic drink.

If your booking is for before 12pm you will be dining from our breakfast menu.  The main menu is ONLY available for tables booked after 12pm.

Groups from different tables must not interact.  Due to the ‘rule of six’ groups interacting with other tables will be asked to leave.

Due to the risks associated with handling cash we can only take card transactions, contactless or mobile payments at this time.

Due to decreased capacity we will now require all bookings to secure your reservation with a credit or debit card.  This card will only be charged in the event you fail to turn up for your table, cancel your table at short notice or turn up with fewer guests than you booked for.  Further information on these charges can be found at the bottom of this page.

We cannot accept customers bringing in their own birthday cakes at this time.  You may purchase a birthday cake  by pre-ordering one with our reservations teams.

Please do not enter the site if you or your guests are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms.

Our full Autumn Menu is available every day for both lunch and evening service.  We have a lunch menu available Monday to Friday 12-5pm with dishes from £11.00

We are putting the following measures in place to ensure the safety of our staff and customers

Introduction of an app to allow customers to order from their table.

Decreasing the capacity of the venue

Increasing space between tables

Managed external queuing system

Decreased number of customers entering site at one time

Increase in hand washing, sanitation and surface cleaning

Hand sanitising stations throughout the venue

Altered toilet facilities to aid social distancing

Screens in areas where social distancing is difficult

Floor signs, tape and other printed material to inform guests of the safety rules

For the safety of our customers and employees, all staff will be wearing a full face transparent visor

Staff training and consultation with employees to ensure they feel safe and informed about their return to work


 

TERMS OF CREDIT CARD GUARANTEE

Due to decreased capacity we require a credit or debit card to secure all reservations. Your card will only be charged in the following circumstances:

FOR GROUPS OF UP TO 9:
Your card will only be charged if the reservation is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or you fail to show up for your reservation.

FOR GROUPS OF  10+:
Your card will only be charged if the reservation is cancelled with less than 7 days notice, the number of guests dining is reduced with less than 48 hours notice or you fail to show up for your reservation.

This fee is charged at £5 per guest for reservations booked before 5pm and £10 per guest from 5pm onwards.
