BOOKING TERMS

If your booking is for before 12pm you will be dining from our breakfast menu.  The main menu is ONLY available for tables booked after 12pm.

Tables can only be booked for a maximum of one household only. We will take bookings of up to 6 people maximum.

Due to the risks associated with handling cash we can only take card transactions, contactless or mobile payments at this time.

Due to decreased capacity we will now require all bookings to secure your reservation with a credit or debit card.  This card will only be charged in the event you fail to turn up for your table, cancel your table at short notice or turn up with fewer guests than you booked for.  Further information on these charges can be found at the bottom of this page.

Reservations are available for our indoor dining tables. We do not take reservations for bar tables or outside dining tables, which will be available on a first come, first served basis on the day.

We cannot accept customers bringing in their own birthday cakes at this time.  You may purchase a birthday cake suitable for between 10 and 20 people by pre-ordering one with our reservations teams.

Please do not enter the site if you or your guests are feeling ill.

Please do not arrive early for your tables as there will be a limited waiting area.

Please note that it will not always be possible to leave 1m+ between different households dining on the same table.

Please note that promotions are temporarily unavailable.  This includes the £12.50 lunch menu, ‘Champagne Fridays’ and ‘Cocktails We Love’.

Following the government’s announcement on July 30th, groups inside restaurants and bars are now limited to ONE household. Our maximum table for an inside booking is now 6 people. Two households are allowed on our non-bookable outside tables up to a maximum of 6 people.

 

We are putting the following measures in place to ensure the safety of our staff and customers

Introduction of an app to allow customers to order from their table.

Decreasing the capacity of the venue

Increasing space between tables

Managed external queuing system

Decreased number of customers entering site at one time

Increase in hand washing, sanitation and surface cleaning

Hand sanitising stations throughout the venue

Altered toilet facilities to aid social distancing

Screens in areas where social distancing is difficult

Floor signs, tape and other printed material to inform guests of the safety rules

For the safety of our customers and employees, all staff will be wearing a full face transparent visor

Staff training and consultation with employees to ensure they feel safe and informed about their return to work


 

TERMS OF CREDIT CARD GUARANTEE

Due to decreased capacity we require a credit or debit card to secure all reservations. Your card will only be charged in the following circumstances:

FOR GROUPS OF UP TO 9:
Your card will only be charged if the reservation is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or you fail to show up for your reservation.

FOR GROUPS OF  10+:
Your card will only be charged if the reservation is cancelled with less than 7 days notice, the number of guests dining is reduced with less than 48 hours notice or you fail to show up for your reservation.

This fee is charged at £5 per guest for reservations booked before 5pm and £10 per guest from 5pm onwards.
