BOOKING TERMS

PLEASE NOTE: Christmas bookings for large parties and certain special events have their own separate terms that you will receive via email. For special events that require a deposit, this will be non-refundable in the case of a cancellation or no-show.

We take credit or debit card details to secure all bookings. Bookings without valid card details may be cancelled. Your card will only be charged if you fail to show up for your booking or cancel with less than 24 hours notice. Click here for more information on no-show and late cancellation fees.

We now take bookings on our covered and heated outdoor tables available for dining reservations. Although these tables are under a glass canopy, they are not fully enclosed and are therefore open to the elements to a certain extent.

Your table may be released if you are running more than 10 minutes late.

We can provide a cake for your celebration with a minimum of 7 days notice usually required. Click here for more information. Guests may bring their own cake and candles for their celebration if they prefer and we will provide plates and a knife for you to cut and serve the cake.

Online reservations for stanfard tables are for dining only. All dining reservations are asked to order a main course per person. If you would like to book a table in the bar, please email reservations@ellerleisure.com

If your booking is for before 12pm you will be dining from our breakfast menu.  The main menu is ONLY available on Saturdays, Sunday and Bank Holidays for tables booked or seated after 12:30pm. (Excluding Albert’s Shed in Castlefield)

We are a card only venue. We cannot take cash payments.

We will require all bookings to secure your reservation with a credit or debit card.  This card will only be charged in the event you fail to turn up for your table, cancel your table at short notice or turn up with fewer guests than you booked for.  Further information on these charges can be found at the bottom of this page.

Please do not enter the site if you or your guests are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms.


 

TERMS OF CREDIT CARD GUARANTEE

We require a credit or debit card to secure all reservations. Your card will only be charged in the following circumstances:

FOR GROUPS OF UP TO 9:
Your card will only be charged if the reservation is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or you fail to show up for your reservation.

FOR GROUPS OF  10+:
Your card will only be charged if the reservation is cancelled with less than 7 days notice, the number of guests dining is reduced with less than 48 hours notice or you fail to show up for your reservation.

This fee is charged at £5 per guest for reservations booked before 5pm and £10 per guest from 5pm onwards.

For special events where a deposit is charged in advance, this deposit is non-refundable in the case of a no-show or cancellation.
