These terms and conditions govern the use of www.alberts-restaurants.com Please read them carefully. We may occasionally amend these terms and conditions. We may occasionally make amendments to these terms and conditions.

GIFT CARDS

• All Gift Cards are exclusively valid in Albert’s restaurants. They can be used as full or partial payments in these sites – there is no cash alternative available or refunds for goods purchased using gift cards. Once purchased they cannot be refunded.
• Albert’s Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. After this time they will expire, with no option to refund or extend.
• Albert’s gift cards will be posted out via Royal Mail Signed via 1st Class unless express delivery is requested at the checkout stage. The gift card will not be posted on weekends or Bank holiday’s.
• If your gift card is lost or stolen the balance is non-refundable.
• Albert’s restaurants reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions without prior notice, at any time.
• For any queries regarding your purchase please email giftcards@alberts-restaurants.com. You will receive an email confirmation of your purchase, if you do not, please check your spam folder.

EVENTS

• Any tickets for events at Albert’s restaurants will not be posted.
• Tickets cannot be refunded once purchased.
• Albert’s event tickets are exclusively valid in the nominated restaurants for that specified event date and time.
• You must present your confirmation email at the event as proof of purchase (either printed or on your mobile) along with identification.
• Albert’s restaurants reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions without prior notice, at any time.
