We are a fast growing family company set on expanding the Alberts across the North of England. We are really excited about our Standish site and are looking forward to bringing our award winning restaurant and bar to the people of Standish and beyond.
When the site opens in June, the 2 acre site will comprise a brand new purpose built 160 cover restaurant with external dining space for 80. The bar, which will be open to non-diners, will also feature its own outside area. We have converted the old Beeches site into three events spaces, each with their own bar, which will cater for every event from intimate private dining for 30 to weddings and corporate events for up to 250.
With a new restaurant due to open in a matter of months, a fabulous opportunity has arisen for an experienced General Manager who is looking to develop their career whilst working in a modern, vibrant & upbeat environment.
As General Manager, you will take full responsibility for the business and be a stakeholder in our company.
You will be committed to ensuring the restaurant delivers the highest standards for our guests. As an inspirational leader, you will also understand the importance of coaching and development your management team.
You will be dedicated to managing, driving and developing a successful business which is focused on growth, guest service excellence, as well as a confident, content and well-trained team.

A proven track record of successfully managing a front of house & back of house team, identifying how they work best together
Commitment to delivering only the highest of standards of food and service through strong leadership, support and coaching the whole team

At least 2 years’ experience as General Manager of a similar business with high volume turnover

Salary: £35,000.00 to £40,000.00 /year
Experience: Events Management: 1 year (Preferred)
